Fairview resident Donald Herbert Cummins died Monday, Jan. 24, at his home. He was 64.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 8, at St. Aidan Episcopal Church, 17405 N.E. Glisan St. Interment will follow at 1:30 p.m. at Willamette National Cemetery, 11800 S.E. Mount Scott Blvd., Portland.

Donald was born Dec. 17, 1946, in Guelph, Ontario, Canada, to Donald and Vera Cummins. He joined the Air Force on Aug. 4, 1964, and served in the Vietnam War. He was discharged on Aug. 3, 1968, as a sergeant. He was a disabled veteran.

Survivors include his wife, Sandra; daughter, Amy Cummins; son, Donald Cummins; and one grandson.

Crown Memorial Center of Portland is handling arrangements.
